Your privacy matters. This policy explains how Process Cards handles your data.

Information We Collect

Process Cards does not collect personal data or transmit information to external servers.

• Project titles and step descriptions
• Photos you attach to steps
• Exported PDF and DOCX files

Camera & Photos

The app may request access to your camera or photo library so you can:

• Capture photos for process steps
• Select existing photos
• Save images to your gallery (optional)

Images are stored locally and deleted when you remove them from the app.

File Exports

Exported files are generated on your device. Sharing only happens when you explicitly choose to share a file.

Analytics & Tracking

• No analytics
• No advertising
• No third-party SDK tracking

Children’s Privacy

Process Cards does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
